The audit includes:

• Calibration of  the deviation of the probing deviation of the probe system P_{FTU, MPE}  and P_{FTj, MPE}  on a reference sphere according to  DIN EN ISO 10360-5:2011
• Calibration of the length measurement error E₀  according to DIN EN ISO 10360-2:2010, and  VDI/VDE 2617 , page  2.1:2014
• Generation of a DAkkS calibration certificate  that proves  the proper implementation of the calibration according to  DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
